Washing asparagus: pre-washing unit Asva - compact and efficient
The compact ASVA 60 and ASVA 120 pre-washing units are ideally suited for thorough pre-washing of your asparagus.
The asparagus is washed in one sequence, from on top and underneath, using a time-saving, economical method.
The ASVA is available in two types and sizes. The compact, powered ASVA 60 is the low-cost alternative for small companies. The ASVA 120 with two high-performance pumps à 60 m³ and drive unit is the optimal solution for the fastest-possible pre-washing of very large quantities of asparagus.

- Base body in stainless steel [1.4301]
- 60 m³/h water through-flow with a water pump for dirty water
- Cleaning of the asparagus via a row of nozzles from above and below
- Transport via belt drive of the asparagus boxes in the washing area
- Advance adjustable from 0.4 to 2.4 m/min via Vario drive
- Feed and removal of the asparagus boxes takes place as standard as a result of the natural slope of the rollers
- Plastic rollers, [Ø 50 mm], blue, with stainless steel bearings
- Roller interval 100 mm
- Roller track width 520 mm box feed from the side
